Such a wonderful experience! I couldn’t sing more praises about this place. Our server Ligaya was so very kind, informative, simply amazing! She is a true gem. So let’s get to the food...AMAZING! We went for brunch so bottomless mimosas, the Norwegian Benedict and the French Dip were ALL TOP TIER! And the CHEESECAKE?! **Chef’s KissOur food came out in RECORD TIME! We absolutely will be back soon! Wonderful staff, beautiful location, and delicious food! wait to plan our next brunch date.

What a lovely experience we had at La Grande Boucherie! My husband and and I brought our two boys on a Tuesday night. The look and feel of the place is gorgeous - it felt special right when we walked in the door. The hosts at the entrance were extremely helpful and kind. Our server was Gloria. She was phenomenal - kind, attentive, funny, informative - couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of service! She knew the menu so well, both food and drink, and helped us find the best options for our family. She gave my husband a bunch of information about the various cocktails and how they were made and this led him to select the Boucherie Old Fashioned which he could not stop talking about for the whole meal. He said it was so well balanced and all the flavors complimented each other to make the perfect drink - thank you Gloria for the recommendation! The food was outstanding. My husband and I had the delice de bourgougne which was mild, creamy, and and luxurious. The flavor went so nicely with the honey that came with it. My oldest son had the lobster linguine. It came with the lobster tail on top and he said it was flavorful and creamy. My youngest had the filet au poivre and shared that the steak was well prepared and tender. My husband had the filet de boeuf and also noted it was cooked perfectly medium rare. I had the canard a l'orange and it was excellent. Flavorful, crispy skin, tender meat, and the variety of fruits and vegetables served with it truly complimented the meal. For dessert, we all shared the Basque cheesecake with berry coulis, profiteroles, chocolate tart, and creme brulee. All of it was incredible! The flavors were so well balanced. We had a wonderful experience - food, drinks, service, ambiance - couldn't have asked for anything better!

Fair warning: YOU’RE GOING TO BE MESMERIZED. IT’S BEAUTIFUL!! An elevated experience that you’re going to want to be part of. My cousin and I had what I would say the perfect dining experience at La Grande Boucherie tonight. The review couldn’t wait. We were right on time for our reservation, so having valet right outside was a life saver. From the moment you walk in you’re hit with pure elegance. It’s a picturesque setting, we couldn’t stop taking photos of the entire restaurant. From the artwork to the golden ceiling to the hanging chandelier, there’s so many things La Grande Boucherie got right in terms of design. Amine was our waiter and he was simply the best. There wasn’t anything that we needed the entire night, he took really good care of us. He let us know that the grilled pulpo (grilled octopus) was new on the menu and recommended we tried it. After a little back and forth between my cousin and I, we reluctantly agreed to try it. One of the best things I’ve ever eaten in DC. 5 stars for the octopus alone. All the other food recommendations were on point. I really liked that he was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to fire off recommendations immediately based on our preferences. Danielle, who is the Beverage Manager, checked in on tables seated around us and when she got to our table, we asked for some recommendations. She was so warm and welcoming , but before she could start, I did tell her that I’m not a big drinker and would need something more on the sweeter side. She sent the La Vie en Rose over and it was perfect. Could not have asked for more perfect drink and beautifully served with flowers inside. I could not stop taking pictures and I almost didn’t want to drink it. Needless to say, we ordered 2 more. Here’s what we ordered: Appetizers: SOUPE A L’OIGNON PEAR SALAD GRILLED PULPO 10/10 please order this! Entree: ENTRECOTE GRILLEE FILET MIGNON AU POIVRE Sides: BRUSSELS SPROUTS MACARONI AU GOUDA FUME Desert: CREME BRULEE PROFITEROLES BASQUE CHEESECAKE Drinks: LA VIE EN ROSE The food was amazing, and there wasn’t anything that we would change. I highly recommend them for a date night (although perfect for special occasions or just for dinner) I would be in awe at seeing the dining area for the first time. Can’t wait to go back and try the other new items!

La Grande Boucherie is the most divine French dining experience I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying. From the moment I was seated, every detail was thoughtful and elevated. My server, Vicente, was exceptional—gracious, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. My water glass was never empty. The food was exquisite, the service flawless, and the atmosphere effortlessly elegant. A truly memorable evening.

Amazing experience at this place. Service was top notch, food was on point, came out fresh and in reasonable time. Term of the NY steak was perfect and the meat very tender. Wine is 50% off Sunday to Thursday and we had 2 bottles of great wine, recommended by our server Christian, who was attentive and treated us 5/5. We shared different desserts across our table and all were great, the profiteroles and cheesecakes were my favorites. You get what you pay for, the place is elegant and very well decorated, the live music was great.

Wow, wow, wow! I have so many amazing things to say about this restaurant. They have valet parking for a price after 5 PM during the week. When you walk in, you walk into a grand staircase with beautiful chandeliers, and an eloquent and detailed gold ceiling. The restaurant itself was large and breathtaking. The service was superb ! Our servers were amazing bartenders as well and nothing was missed. We tried many cocktails and entrees. The French onion soup and lobster linguine are my absolute favorite! Can't forget dessert - just try the creme brulee and passion fruit sorbet. We were treated so well from the moment we came until the moment we left. I cannot wait to return to this restaurant and I recommend without any hesitation to dine here!

When in Washington, DC this amazing french restaurant is an absolute must. The food, service, atmosphere, and drinks are the best of the best. La Grande Boucherie is perfect for date nights and simply to grab a drink at one of the two bars. I would highly recommend you come with an appetite because the portions are very generous. My favorite item on the menu is the Tomahawk steak and bone marrow! You will not leave disappointed.

Spending time with my friends at this beautiful restaurant was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, the service was exceptional, and the food was simply amazing. My meat was cooked exactly as I wanted, the onion soup was rich and full of flavor, and to top it all off, the chocolate cheesecake was absolutely divine. We also tried different dishes, and I was surprised by how much I loved the snails, it was my friends’ first time trying them, and they were a hit! Christian, our waiter, was fantastic, always attentive and making sure we had the best experience. Without a doubt, I would come back again. Highly recommended!
